When all of this is over and my family and department are done with the funeral, upon

Does anyone know what exactly happened with this water tank failure? Was it the truck's tank or a resupply resivior? Was the truck's pump engaged or was it domestic pressure? There have been numerous articles on this site with absolutly NO details.
