Who's to be Chief in PG County?

I have an interest in the PGFD and was just wondering who where the candidates for chief? Thanks

At this time there is only one candidate,
Ronald Blackwell, he has been a Lt.Col(Deputy Fire Chief) for the county's Management Services Command for the last 2 1/2 years. He is from Wichita Kansas where he was a D/C.and was hired to fill a minority position in the command structure of the department,in my opinion he appears to be very qualified for the position.
