Cigars - what's your fav. brand?

Ok, those of us who do smoke cigars, name you fav's or atleast ones that you've enjoyed at one point or another.

(Me, I like Don Diego Playboys, but they cost buck$! Bahia torpedos are good. Arturo Fuente's, and Zino's ain't bad, and I've even had a 'Bigg Butt' cigar which was great! Never thought it would be as good as I found it to be, guess it was a good box or something.)

We had some good cubans in Germany last summer but cant remember the name.

Here in the states I like Ashton cigars. They have several sizes and I have tried them all. Truly a good cigar!

Since I live practically right across from Mexico Cubans are great (at times I cross a few) Ropers are great for that
but state side Macanudo is good too.

Garcia Ye Vega Crystals #200 are the best gas station cigar in the free world. They come in a glass tube and are very smooth. My favorite has to be Monte Cristo # 2. Very fine cigar. Monte's are about $8 TO $15 depending on where you are. Garcia's are about a buck to a buck and a half.

I like mine dark. When I can find them, I like Temple Hall Maduros. A great cigar for the price is The Repeater.

I have always been a fan of Macanudo Robust.
or Hoyo De Monterrey.

But in a pinch almost anything will suffice

Repeter is excellent for the price. light sweet taste. Gas station favorite are cheap swisher cigarillos no tip.

Can never go wrong with a "brown" Garcia y Vega! When im spending a few bucks its a Macanudo Robust, Ashton or most recently Acid.

The best daily cigar for a buck a stick is the Muniemaker. I like dark tobacco, so I prefer the Muniemaker Palma 100. It's all Connecticut tobacco. A very good mid-priced stogie is the Hoja Yellow Band Maduro. You can get them for less than 3 bucks a pop. They are Costa Rican. If you have been saving up for that "special" smoke, get a Fuente Fuente Opus X - any size. For my money, there just isn't a better cigar in the world. Lars Teten Shorty is excellent, but lately, I have been smoking Punch Rare Corojos. Box pressed beauties, they are. I have been told that the tobacco used in these cigars comes around every ten years. Te-Amo just came out with an Anniversario Vintage 98 edition. Don't be afraid to spend your money on this one. I've put away alot of Henry Clays. Ugliest cigar made, but tastes great.
Remember that the bests ones are free and if I had KEA's money, I'd be smoking Ashtons too!
