Changing our Service's name - comments

Hi, I work for a petroleum refinery in South Africa. All the guys here have been recruited from the fire service and therefore our department were named the Mossgas Fire Service. We now have reached the point where we would like to change a couple of things starting with our departments name. We respond to Hazmat, Medical, Fire, Rope Rescue, Vehicle extrication, Mutual Assistance incidents, we therefore thought to change our name to Mossgas Emergency Services - your comments please.
Changing the service's name would mean that we will have to change the names of the diffirent positions within the department as well. Any suggestions?

If you are not under any legal obligation to change the name, and you will still be providing the same services that you do now, why change it if it will only create paperwork and headaches for you. What was it that Shakespeare said...."a fire service by any other name......"
