Chicago Helmet fronts

Not sure if this is the right part of the forums or not. I am a helmet collector and have a 880 that will be come a chicago helmet
and finding a supplier of that style of front is a little difficult.
If anyone knows were I can get a chicago helmet front I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

The Chicago style front can be ordered from Kale Uniform on Roosevelt Rd. in Chicago (sorry I don't have the #)

The front is a blank front with the info made up as reflective stickers.
