  • Storing saws on an angle

We're in the process of purchasing a new pumper and in one of the compartments where we plan to store a saw the dealers have been recommending we store it on a angle. He recommended that we use this method to allow for space to store fuel, rags and other stuff behind/below it. I thought saws cannot be stored at angles for long durations of time. Any ideas if this is okay to do?

What would be the harm in storing them like that? Heck we use them at all sorts of bizarre angles.
Crazy, but that's how it goes
