Firefighter in Taiwan

I am A FireFighter in Taiwan.Could you tell me about your Training System or Department and where to take training.Because the training and education of firefighting in Taiwan is part of the Police Training System.
That could not make firefighting proffetional.Please tell me about the detail of the training you take as much as possible.
