All I want to know is why we have to go through so much BS for this grant money???? Everyone knows that there are so many volunteer companies out there that are hurting not only for $$ but for manpower. Now we have to take up time we already didn't have to go through this tedious application process. (Probably to be denied anyway and for the money to go to a company who needs it less but can afford to pay a professional to write their grant request for them!)

Why be so glum? I look at it this way, at least they're giving a chance at getting some of the money, compared to no chance at all .
