My department has been using it since the first of the year so I don't have tons of experience, but I do like it alot.

Does anyone here use emergencyreporting.com
I am looking a few non-biased reviews and my volunteer department is finally looking leaving the paper reports and going to electronic reporting. Any pros and cons? It looks like a great program to me, but lacks some of the customization that the bigger companies have.
