I thought I remember seeing an EMS category in these forums, but I do not see one now. With that being said, My question still applies to fire I/C.
I'm currently enrolled in an I/C program and one of the topics I have to cover is 'how to dismiss somebody from your program (legally)' My question out there to all of the I/C's is what guidelines and procedures do you have set up to kick somebody out of your program? Also, do you have any cases that you've had or heard about (won/lost)? Can i get a copy of your class syllabus? Do you know of any lawyers i could ask a few questions to? Basically any information you feel to share will be more than welcome. Even if it's just thinking of another point to cover. I'm looking to get all the help and advice i can get.
