Need some help for school

I could really use some help. I am working on my bachelor's degree and I have to write a thesis paper. I need to collect some data and was wondering if anyone could fill out a short survey for me. Thanks everyone, I appreciate the comments about the survey, though like 105 said, i should have included a N/A for #6. I am going to let the survey run though Monday the 21st, then I will have to compile my data for the report. Again, I can't thank you all enough for your help. Keep it coming for the next few days.
