We had a seminar a little while back with the guys from Rhode Island..not seen footage as well as first onscene accounts....no words can describe...will never forget that...

Went through town a week or two later and looked at all the establishments that run the possibility of a similar incident. Although most are up to code, the historical/pre code construction can/would hinder egress in a panic situation. It's scary to think it could happen in your town. Even scarier if you don't have a good codes and inspection dept. I can't begin, nor do I want, to imagine what those people went through.
