Maybe someone here can help me out. I'm looking for a Gordon Graham video shot sometime in the early 90's?? where he is lecturing a group on risk management. Specifically, he's talking about HR/HF, HR/LF, LR/HF, LR/LF = (RISK & FREQUENCY). Does anyone have the video or know what I'm talking about? BTW... it does not appear to be anywhere on youtube.

I had the pleasure of hearing that lecture first hand. It's very well done and very relevant. He does have a web presence, I going to assume you googled that.
But a word of caution for the safety sallies, he don't preach not doing anything if it's high risk. He says that is the areas in which you need to focus training.

Just another thumbs up for Gordan Graham.
Probably one of the best and most entertaining lectures I have ever heard.RK

Management is making sure things are done right. Leadership is doing the right thing. The fire service needs alot more leaders and a lot less managers.
"Everyone goes home" is the mantra for the pussification of the modern, American fire service.
Comments made are my own. They do not represent the official position or opinion of the Fire Department or the City for which I am employed. In fact, they are normally exactly the opposite.
