Guys, In case your unable to figure it out, the public is able to read everything that is said on here. Lets quit with the bashing each other name calling and being ignorant. All your managing to do is give the fire service a black eye. Lets grow up and act like adults. If your unable to act your age then its time to get out of the fire service.

And the public reads everything that is posted on Facebook, Twitter (what ever the hell that is), and all the social networking sites. It still stops no one from making complete asses of themselves.
Let people run their traps, it shows the quality of their character and lets users know whom to use as a reliable source and who the yard breathers are.~Drew

Newcomers to this website aren't necessarily new to the fire service. If they see a bunch of name-calling and disrespect they likely will take their knowledge and experience elsewhere.
Just because a question seems stupid to you doesn't mean it's not a valid question and deserving of a legit answer.
Just because the long-timers have seen topics like POV lights discussed over and over doesn't mean it shouldn't be discussed anymore. If you don't want to contribute positively to the discussion, move along.
Remember there are a lot of bad methods and tactics out there that are still being taught. If someone posts something that you feel is wrong don't ridicule them. They may not know any better. Instead, explain why they're wrong and you're right.
