Was curious where he was from. The ladder truck gave it away as there is only one in the parish outside of the city.

It's a department we work very little with, primarily due to geography, and even though we are neighbors, their district is very large and we are quite a distance from the bulk of their apparatus and manpower base.

It's simply amazing how easily some of you are amused.

You have your definition of acceptable risk. I have mine.

I do my job within that definition. I do what I can off-duty using that definition. Always have. Always will.

And I teach with the concept that going home to your family is always our primary and overriding priority. Always. No exceptions. Always have. Always will.

It must bother you somehow/someway, as you are constantly on here defending yourself and explaining your cowardice over and over and over again.......Didn't your mother ever teach you "ignore them, they will go away?"

Or does the thought that you actually admitted that you would willingly allow a child to die "because it's not your problem" bother you deep down in your psyche? Hence the need to constantly explain your reasoning over and over and over again, in the hopes that it will belay the feel of guilt and despair of being a coward within your conscience?

You seem to be the one with the issues, not me dude.
I have no regrets about what I have done, and haven't done over the past 30 years, or what I would do in the future in certain situations.

Jesus Christ FWD give it a rest. We have been going around in circles with LA for what about a year now? It has been a proven fact that he is a coward countless times before. Why do you have to keep beating a dead horse, what do you have to prove? Why would anyone actually want to waste their time now arguing with LA, you should know by now your not going to change your mind, and he is not going to change yours. Some of the 15 year old explorers seriously are better then you. Oh by the way, take a step back and remember this is all only a web site, don't you have a real job, wife, kids, friends, etc. to worry about??
