Anyone know the difference in a PAC I hood versus a PAC II hood? Moreover, what's the whole "PAC" rating system about?

cannot find noting in 1971 on the pac rating
appears hoods have to meet 1971 and maybe the standard has changed maybe that is why there is pac I, II

It appears to me that PAC I, II, III, etc. are just Majestic's model numbers for their various hood patterns. I don't see anything that would suggest that they are related to a standard."Nemo Plus Voluptatis Quam Nos Habant"
