        Looks like a milker to me.

                    A former US Navy P3 Orion sub hunter that retired from the military and is now a firefighter....

                    My flight instructor flew P3's out of Brunswick NAS during his military career.

                              Aren't they usually filled with water? If only we had some of that on our Engines..

                              Seriously, couldn't apparatus be designed so that their water tanks performed a similar function in the event of a rear impact?
