Looking for a pic and vid please

There was a pic that was posted on here with in the last month or so that I am trying to find. It shows a firefighter going up a set of stairs into the smoke and all you see is basically from the waist down. I remember thinking I should save this pic but never got around to do it for some reason.

Also does anyone know where I can find a video that was done about the Detroit Fire Department a couple years ago showing how busy they were, what their living conditions where like etc. I can't remember who made the video but I believe it was a local news station or news paper.

That is the exact pic I was looking for. That video is new to me but a very good one.
