I have to be partial to my company's site, www.laurelvfd.org, and overall I'd have to say Prince George's County has quite a few squared away ones- www.kentland33.com, www.hyattsvillevfd.org, www.wlhvfd.com, and www.morningsidevfd.com, to name a few. They all have incident reports w/audio and pics and a link to live P.G. County dispatch, among other things. Take care and be safe.

I'd vote for the Unofficial FDNY site: www.nyfd.com Loads of info and great articles.
I hope someday I can get our's ( www.wtfd.net ) up to the standard that he has set.

My favorite is http://www.youngstownfire.com or my own, http://members.tripod.com/ytownfiredept/ . Youngstownfire.com looks so professional and yet it is not. One of the best and most comprehensive sites I have ever seen. Check both of them out.
