Not sure where you are, but the eastern Canada dealer for ISI is Canadian Safety Equipment: http://www.cdnsafety.com/

They sell and service ISI for Ontario and points east. We've had flow testing and minor repairs done on our Magnums there, and been quite satisfied by the service.

We have the ISI Z7 its wonderful! Best scba we have ever had. Most of the departments around me are now switching to it.
