Fire/Arson Investigation Forms

I am in the process of creating a Fire/Arson Investigation unit at my PD and would like to see if I can "borrow" any forms that other Fire/Arson Units are using.

If you have any that you would not mind sharing, I would greatly appreciate it.

That does help. I looked at the State Fire Marshal's website but did not see anything at that time.
