Need Some Guidance and Advice

I have been in the fire service for 10 years with our city's volunteer fire department. I currently hold the rank of Lieutenant and I am wanting to pursue a career in arson investigation. I am needing some help and advice in a direction to go. I already joined the Kansas Chapter of the IAAI. I need some help with what I need to do, and what classes or training I need to take to make this goal of my a reality. Anyone who can help me would greatly be appreciated.

Sounds like you have already taken the first step by joining your states IAAI chapter. Talk to them, they should be able to give you info you are seeking.
