6,Just order it with bigger holes.You can still unbolt 'em which makes tuning a bit easier but it still is somewhat time consuming.Or there's always the Plasma tool,hehe T.C.

Air horn

I have heard that you can replace the diaphram with the bottom of a small coffe can. With some minor mods it fits pretty good . I have had some of the same issues as discussed. I would like to know more about how many cfm's the horns are using. I would like to have two different size bells so that I can get a chord sound. I'm having difficulty finding the amount of air that the horn uses. I would like to know more about the valve and adjustments.
