CAFS Training

Are there any publications on the use of CAFS? On my dept., it's all "this is what they told us when we got the truck", which I find an imperfect way to learn to use CAFS to it's best advantage.

The chief also claims our adjustable nozzle was specially made for CAFS. Yet everything I have seen says smoothbore for CAFS. Is he "confused" about this?
