Seatbelt retrofit

Has anyone seen or heard of a retrofit for shoulder/lap belts in the front seat of a Ford C-8000 chassis? How about the jumpseat?

We have a 1980 E-One that is third out and will remain with us for quite a few years yet, would like to get rid of the lap belt only seatbelts.
