Any firefighters or departments have information on who can order fire apparatus from the GSA , can a city, town , fire district, county, etc. Or is it available only for fed offices ?

I called the State Attorney Generals Office on that subject after other agencies told me who to call. He told me that early next year legislation will be passed to allow us to purchase from the schedule here in NJ. Right now only NJ agencies getting Federal Homeland Security money can use GSA

My understanding is GSA pricing sales are allowed to any gov't entity.
