    Boston

Boston switched from E-One to Pierce and are now going back to E-one. The last E-one units were 2001 engines. Boston has bought 2003 pierce engines (8 subsisdized by the federal govt), 2004 RMAs, and 2005 MM towers. they have to more Pierce orders (1 quantum rescue and an engine), and an e-one engine on order.

    Switching engine mfg.

Does anyone know of any departments that have excluisively used one brand of engine then switched to another? For example E-One to Pierce or vice-versa. Or switched to one of these from another or away from one of these to another mfg. As mentioned in another post my dept is in the process of specing a new engine. If all goes well this engine is the future of all our engines and aerials.
