  • what is this?

it looks like a cherry picker attached to a tele-boom.

E-One didn't make many of these, but it was I believe a 75 footer with the two buckets on each side of the boom. There are very few out there, it did not sell well. **EDIT** I shouldn't say boom, because it was a regular straight stick, not a boom type aerial.

Someone here with more apparatus knowledge will surely chime in, but I do know if was an E-One product.

NPFD is right, very few of these were made (less than 20?). I remember that Reedy Creek had one.

I can understand why so few were made. Why in gods name would anyone need a bucket(s) like this? Try to imagine the logistics of removing victims from a window with this set up!

Oh man, I remember those things. Hideous and useless. Looks more like something the phone or cable company should operate than us.

Lawrenceburg TN has one. While talking with them they tell me there were 50. E-one scrapped the idea when they had problems getting the pods to deploy.
