Mini-pumper
We just replaced our old mini-pumper, the old ones sitting behind the Police station, not sure what their plans are for it. It's a little older than you were looking for but in good condition.

F-550 Chasis
I saw a used 2003 Ford F-550 chassis on a web site for 31,994.00.
The body would obviously need to be built for the mini-pumper, but I just thought I would mention it.
