Yes, the compartment below the ladder has a slot for the drop tank.

At first glance this truck looks like a pretty standard tanker right? Well, if you look closely you can see that it includes a generator and a Hurst high pressure tool set. The town that is was delivered to is very small and rural. Check it out:
