    Don't bring it up in the interview unless they do. Often they don't. If they do, give a brief but concise answer. They will learn more about you by what you say about your previous employers.

    This is something that should be covered with the background investigator, not in the oral board.

    Be honest and direct. If you were terminated, that's what you write. If your application has enough merit aside from the termination, you should have an ample opportunity to explain yourself during the interview.

    check out EATSTRESS.COM....this is valuable site than has all types of advice regarding the testing process.....my advice is to be honest on your app...be to the point....tell them if it comes up how you learned from it.. good luck to ya....

    How do you explain a termination on an application ? How do you avoid talking about it during the interview process? How do you explain the reasons for termination without bashing your former employer or defend your actions? If there is pending litagation does that hurt your chances of bieng hired?
