Unless you have been in a cave for the last 15 years, incident reporting and of course, recordkeeping has become so very important for several reasons.
My question is: who does it? Do you have a person in charge of different reports? Do you have a person in charge of training records? Maintenance records? Hose-testing records? SCBA records? Personnel records? Who is the person(s) doing it for your department?
And if you have someone doing it, do they get some type of payment for it? If so, how much?
Really; there is a reason why I am asking.
