Training Academy Outlines

I'm looking for an outline or synopsis to use to help put together an academy for new recruits. If anyone would like to share theirs I would appreciate the help.

TheIFSTA Essentials Manual has everything you need including outlines, work stations and hands-on testing.

Don't know why you would need anything else.
