Talk to the agent for VFIS. When we started using them 8 years ago we had a visit from one of their loss prevention specialist, who was a firefighter and he looked through our records for training , immunizations , hose testing, equipment maintenance ,etc and gave us some helpful suggestions on how to improve our record keeping. He also provided us with a wealth of training programs such as driver training, bloodbourne pathogens, hipaa, fire ground rehab and others at no cost to us. They have been good to deal with and offer additional training sessions on a regional basis for management staff.
Maybe they have changed recently , but we've had a good relationship with them.
