I just got back from the track. I ran 3.5 miles and I feel great! I know that sounds weird. I'm tired and beat, my legs feel like wet cement but it feels great to know that two weeks ago I was huffing and puffing at one mile. My diet has changed totally and i am more happier. I just cannot wait until academy and all the joy will come crashing! I know you guys don't care so I thought I'd make this thread useful....After doing many searches and not really finding the rock answers I need. What advice do you give for me while at the academy and before I go. What was your biggest struggle and how did you come through?
