    Speaking of fitness, has anyone had success incorporating dynamic stretching into your drills? Maybe stretching out the back muscles and leg muscles before raising ladders? Stretching our the arms before stretching out some hose or doing forcible entry? Thanks!

    Skojo Don't we all wish we had time to do that just before the Bell? Go for it at the beginning of your shift. One of my specialties was with stretching, especially SMR and foam rolling. These all work towards injury mitigation and prevention.
