SG-60 nozzle (what does it stand for?)

I figured this was a good spot to ask this question...I am not a newbie( been a vol. for 10, paid for 18)
I was working with a new guy today and was going over the sg-60 nozzle...and it occured to me I have no idea what the SG stands for..no one at the firehouse knew either. We had some pretty good guesses...ANYONE?

What manufacturer is it made by?

Sounds like an Elkhart, but their website shows no information. Are there any other numbers/info on the nozzle?

The only writing on the nozzle is ROCKWOOD I beleive this is the manufacteror?(sp)

we had also guessed somethings along those lines ie: small gallon etc. My guess is the navy named it something..as its also called a navy nozzle.

Ok, thats gotta be a 60 GPM rockwood (aka Navy) nozzle. SG has gotta mean single gallonage, that would olny make sense based on the type of nozzle it is
