  • West Metro,CO-Application?

In regards to the West Metro Fire application process, does anyone know if a cover letter and resume need to be handed in? I have looked everywhere on the sight and the application, I did not see anything about either. I don't want my application to be thrown away if I include a one page cover letter and resume. South Metro Fire had a whole list of things to be handed in and a very large application, I know there not related but just want to make sure I do it right.

I'm assuming just to give them what they ask for but if anyone else has been through this process before that would help us all.

    Thanks and GOOD LUCK!

    West-Metro App

I don't think you need to a cover letter, they never mentioned it during the application process. Just fill in the designated application and don't forget the physical signoff by your doctor. Best of luck to you.

I'm with FF1126. I did, however, ask later about attaching things and was given an answer of "It will go in your file, but the guys on the oral board won't see it. The guys on the oral board won't know it if you don't say it." I still think I'll send it copies of my current IFSAC seals, transcripts etc... but I'm not going to go overboard.
