ok im currently going through the hiring process with a very large depti got a conditional offer from. i turned in all my background info/took cvsa (poly)/ and i just got called for my psych. they have already recieved some of my refrences surveys back .. Does that mean that the stuff before the psyc is going well and there most likley moving me along in the process?. all thats left after the psyc is the medical. ive already taken and passed a psyc for a reserve position for another department and am currently working with them. thank you

Dubluv.....it takes time to test everyone. Most departments run everyone through and them review the results. Unless there is a glaring outcome on a test ...they just run everyone through. Up here where I'm at there is only a few to do and we run everyone through give the finding to the Chief and let him make the decesions.

Dub- I am not sure on your exact question. All I can say is turn in any and all information they ask of you in a timely manner. Lets the wheels move as they do. Dont call them, they will call you with the job offer when the time is right.

Look at it this way, atleast youre in the process.
