Challenging other states test

im a 240 fire fighter/emt-b in ohio and i want to challenge florida's state tests how would i go about doing that? would i have to go there to take them or would i be able to take them on a computer here in ohio?

I'm in college here right now. I want to be on the FDNY cause i grew up there but I've thought about getting certified here while I wait. From what I've heard and read around here, its not as easy as it sounds to challenge. Florida wants everything by the book. The academy here though, you can put yourself through, it takes about 5 months to complete (8 months i think if you do night classes) and florida depts. do continuous hiring. I think that you are out of luck. If memory serves me correct, FLA and CAL makes you take their courses. They may have changed.
