Alabama Departments

HI guys.. has anyone applied to Montgomery or Tuscaloosa both Alabama fire departments before? I have a written scheduled for Tuscaloosa and was wondering if anyone has experience testing with these cities? I am coming from out of state.

yo...I work for Tuscaloosa...the test isn't that bad, mostly general knowledge and math skills. If I'm not mistaken, if you score higher than 80, your'e awarded more points and are usually placed higher on the hiring roster....you probably already know, but we just received a 6.5% raise...so our starting pay is @ $38k plus holidays. good luck
