Canadian FF positions out there

I recently finished a fire academy in Houston Tx. I applied for the FF position in Houston and after going through the physical, polygraph and interviews I was unable to accept the job because of immigration barriers. I'm a volunteer FF for South Houston. Right now I'm in Calgary, Ab, looking for work, Anyone know of any departments currently hiring??

Chesterfield County, Virginia will be testing in August. Recruit school will start December 8. Expectation is to hire 20 - 25. See the website at http://fire-emsjobs.chesterfield.gov for more information. You can apply online from that site. Applications must be submitted by June 19 for the August test. Applications received after that will be posted for the next test, Spring 04.
