3 week fast before medicals. In all honesty, I think that's a range to shoot for as it looks like it aligns with a standard BMI chart. I'm in the 6'1 category and right at the upper limits with an athletic build. I'm sure during medicals they will have some leniency if you exceed the range but are in great shape.

The fast was kind of a joke. Taking advantage of the little bit of extra time to put in the extra work.

It could be sooner. I interviewed with the first batch of V banders but didnt get a CJO when they did. I received my CJO a few weeks after they did. Im not sure if it’s all random selection at that point.

Just did my interview with county .. definitely different, does anyone know why they requested our resumes .. ? Prior to getting the interview and is this interview really to select candidates .? Or is it to put a face to the resume .?

In the email where it said what dates were your mock and real interview dates where the pdf attachments on the bottom say fft-selection_group_1_ or whatever group you’re in

Group 4 for me
