There's always next time, I suppose. I'm just very shocked by this result.
A sincere good luck to everyone that scored within typical range to be called.

Well at least most are on the same accord the scoring process has me totally confused as stated by many civil service exams are not usually any issue like that! As for the last comment something really is not right with that one as u are stating KPW9393 no way there could be that much disparity between where u are and where the other person states they are rank wise compared to score...
Somebody did something real shaky here with these exams I can’t think anything else at the moment

HR played me on my Vet points which would have put me into a whole different category. I am still active and understand the rule but come on though after doing all this time I can’t get a proxy preference until I actually have my discharge???? As seen those points matter when u are trying to get in the door... Anyone else have this problem. Please hit me up!! Thanks

Good morning all the shock hits me again this morning about these test results! I spoke to multiple current FF’s last night that I know related to me and just got to know over time preparing for this exam that all hit me up to see if I was going to be joining the team. Told them the outcome and that there is a lot of outcry going on already about this exam and results...I must say heard some things about historical issues with the FD and this leaves me to wonder was this info spot on...I have a different name as some of those I took the exam with that are educated folks so again civil service exam not difficult! See a lot of folks speaking on personality questions. I will say that some in the know spoke on how they do these questions and trained to how to deal with them so that base was covered as well by myself and some others so again I say I see MANY issues that will come up about this exam and those that did well and those that didn’t! Will be very interesting to see what it is seeing as there are no questions about Firefighting knowledge period on the test!
Standby see class actions suits on the horizon LOL!

I recieved a 110 on the list with a rank in the top 25, 10 points were for veterans status. Does anyone have any idea when the first class or two could be called up for the academy if all goes well?Last edited by Jon_rhinesmith; 11-09-2019, 12:32 PM.
