Good Morning,
I'm 23 yrs old and a veteran. I watch very closely of my food and drink intake. I work out about 4-5 days a week and i do a lot of Cardio and strength training. My parents both suffer from Hypertension. No matter what i do i'm still pre-hypertension. My systolic blood pressure is usually 130's/80 and at most 140/80. I would like to know what is the limitation on how high your blood pressure can be when you take the cpat? Especially the FDNY cpat because that is what im training for. Is there anything else i can do? I thought about seeing a nutricionist or a doctor to get some more insight. Also can you be on blood pressure meds and still be hired?
Thank you for your suggestions
