If you have nothing to hide you will have no problem. Yes, many people do fail because they have done things that will disqualify them in a background process. Just read through this site and look at all of the "issues" people have. You can see why many people do not pass a background check.
Not everyone gets a trophy for playing on the team and not everyone will pass the background. Those who have done things that will make us question their integrity will not be hired by most places.

PST Background interview
I am getting ready for a background interview with PST in Washington state. That is Public Safety Testing. I have nothing to hide and have filled out my personal history statement. I was just wondering if anyone has been through this process with this company before and knows what it is like.
I have heard form the company that many people do not pass this investigation. I am just trying to be prepared. Any incite will help.
