"Biddle" is short for "LOS ANGELES AREA /ORANGE COUNTY FIRE CHIEFS
FIREFIGHTER PHYSICAL ABILITY TEST," so ya, its only conducted in SoCal.
I don't recall who wrote the written exam, but I remember it was hard. I ran out of time during the test, along with the majority of the room. If I remember correctly, it was math, mechanical aptitude, mapping, and reading comprehension.
