OK Since the other Portland thread is a few years old now. Figured it was easier to post the info about this years tets here. Here is the latest news about sign ups, Test will be in August and sign ups will be this spring. Good luck.

Thanks that makes it much easier. I have a buddy who just got a job offer from Portland and me and him were in the same interview and physical group. he said that he made it into the May acadmey and that they were having another acadmey that starts on August 4th, does anybody know if they will be pulling off the old list or the new one for the August acadmey?

That one must not work since they updated the site with more current info. The link to the other thread posted above has all the current info in it and here is a link to the City's site with the info.
