I am sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I was wondering what would make me more likely to get hired as a Firefighter, a Fire Science degree, or a Paramedic science degree then get into a fire department?

I didn't Paramedics had a Science Degree. With that said you'll have a better chance if your Paramedic certified than with an AS in Fire Science.
