IFSAC cert to Florida

Florida doesn't seem to like to accept transfer for out of state certs. Has anyone ever transferred an IFSAC Firefighter cert ( Texas ) to Florida?

I don't think Florida excepts anything that they didn't teach, test and certify.

Why try another state that does accept the IFSAC or National Pro Board Certifications??

I know Tampa would not except my IFSAC certs. I hear some places in South Carolina except them.
